Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Flick Delete mobile application ("App") operated by Metehan Kasap ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Flick Delete is a photo organization application that helps users review and manage their photo library. The App allows you to:
- Browse photos organized by month
- Review photos using swipe gestures
- Mark photos for deletion
- Track your photo cleaning progress
3. User Responsibilities
When using our App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Take responsibility for any photos you choose to delete
4. Photo Deletion
Important information about photo deletion:
- Photos marked for deletion through the App are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder
- Deleted photos remain in the "Recently Deleted" folder for 30 days before permanent deletion (per iOS standard behavior)
- You can recover deleted photos from the "Recently Deleted" folder within this 30-day period
- We are not responsible for any photos that are permanently deleted after the recovery period
- We recommend backing up important photos before using the App
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases:
- Premium features are available through one-time purchase or subscription
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your purchase history.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Metehan Kasap and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or photos
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Any damages resulting from your use of the App
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
